Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Due to the size and weight of most orders, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Below is a guide to our freight charges:

  • Order value $1 – $299: $69 shipping
  • Order value $300 – $599: $99 shipping
  • Order value $600 – $849: $139 shipping
  • Order value $850 – $1,099: $169 shipping
  • Order value $1,100 – $1,500: $199 shipping
  • Order value $1,501 – $2,499: $239 shipping
  • Order value $2,500 and above: $299 shipping

Please note: We operate a freight-only model. We do not offer customer pick-up from our warehouses. All orders are dispatched via courier or freight carrier to your site or depot. This ensures faster delivery times, tighter quality control, and minimal disruption to warehouse operations.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received and your payment has been pre-authorised.

We will then verify stock availability. If an item is unavailable or on back-order, we’ll void the pre-authorisation and contact you to discuss alternative options.

If your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will finalise payment and prepare your order for dispatch.

If your order is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation.

All orders are shipped via freight only — no pick-up is available. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch.

International Orders

We do ship internationally, but please note:

  • Our products are built for the Australian market (240V electrical systems).
  • They may not meet overseas electrical safety certifications.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

  • If you notice damage on arrival, note it on the delivery docket or reject the shipment.
  • If you do accept a damaged delivery, take photos of the packaging and product immediately.
