Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Due to the size and weight of most orders, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Below is a guide to our freight charges:

  • Order value $300 – $599: $99 shipping
  • Order value $600 – $849: $139 shipping
  • Order value $850 – $1,099: $169 shipping

Please note: We operate a freight-only model. We do not offer customer pick-up from our warehouses. All orders are dispatched via courier or freight carrier to your site or depot. This ensures faster delivery times, tighter quality control, and minimal disruption to warehouse operations.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

  • If you notice damage on arrival, note it on the delivery docket or reject the shipment.
  • If you do accept a damaged delivery, take photos of the packaging and product immediately.
