Installation Information

AS/NZS 2890.1 Setout Distances

• Standard Kerb (≤150mm): Front In: 620mm | Rear In: 900mm
  
• High Kerb or Wall (>150mm): Front In: 820mm | Rear In: 1100mm

Asphalt Installation

• Position the wheel stop in the required location.
  
• Drill 10mm pilot holes through the wheel stop into the asphalt.
  
• Install three 300mm × 12mm galvanised asphalt spikes.
  
• Drive the spikes securely into place using a sledgehammer or dumpy.

Concrete Installation

• Position the wheel stop according to AS/NZS 2890.1 setout requirements.
  
• Drill 12mm or 16mm holes depending on the fixing type.
  
• Install 150mm × 12mm screw bolts or M16 × 145mm Dynabolts.
  
• Clean drilled holes before tightening all fixings securely.

Paved Surface Installation
